These terms govern your access to and use of Scoremi. By using the platform you agree in full.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Scoremi (“Service”, “Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including company accounts, recruiters, and any sub-users granted access by a company administrator.

Service Description

Scoremi is an AI-powered recruitment intelligence platform that provides:

  • Automated resume evaluation and structured scoring against custom hiring rubrics
  • Batch candidate screening with AI-generated scorecards
  • Interview scheduling and candidate portal management
  • Enterprise-grade hiring analytics and role-based access controls
  • API access for integration with your existing ATS or HR tools (Growth and Enterprise tiers)

The Service is intended solely for B2B use. Scoremi is not a consumer product and is not directed at individual job seekers.

Section 03

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any user or organisation at our sole discretion.

Section 04

Subscriptions & Payments

Scoremi offers the following paid subscription tiers:

Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your subscription auto-renews each cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

Taxes: Paddle collects and remits applicable taxes on our behalf. The checkout price is final.

Free Trial & Cancellation

14-Day Free Trial

New company accounts receive a full 14-day free trial of the Growth Engine plan — no credit card required. Unused trial days cannot be carried over or refunded.

Cancel Anytime: Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable as a general policy. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days. See our full Refund Policy.

User Responsibilities

By using Scoremi, you agree to:

  • Use the platform exclusively for lawful hiring, recruitment, and workforce planning purposes.
  • Ensure your use of AI-generated scores complies with all applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Take full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the hiring rubrics and evaluation criteria you configure.
  • Obtain all necessary consents from candidates before uploading their personal data or resumes.
  • Not use Scoremi scores as the sole or decisive hiring factor without appropriate human review.
  • Keep account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Data Privacy & Security

Our Core Privacy Commitment

Scoremi does not use uploaded resumes, candidate data, or your company’s proprietary hiring rubrics to train any foundational AI model. Your data is yours — always.

Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

Data Retention: Your data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of termination.

GDPR & CCPA: We are prepared to enter into a Data Processing Agreement. Contact us to request one. See our full Privacy Policy.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and algorithms forming part of Scoremi are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

Section 09

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice or refund if you:

  • Violate any provision of these Terms.
  • Attempt to scrape or systematically extract data from Scoremi Candidate Portals or any part of the platform.
  • Use the platform to facilitate unlawful discrimination in hiring.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
  • Engage in activity that disrupts or overburdens our infrastructure.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

Important Notice

Scoremi is provided on an “as is” basis. AI-generated evaluations are a decision-support tool only — final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of your organisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
